RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.kunsglobal.com operated by Kuns Integrated Global Co. Limited.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Note that this policy does not cover the following conditions:

  1. Misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
  2. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after purchase
  3. Product not their original condition and packaging-usedproducts, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund

Moreover, a customer shall be eligible for PARTIAL REFUND if a product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for logistic costs for returning your item.
